Description
Why if individual therapy is not enough to go to the root of trauma?
What if we need to grieve in community, together?
Could our society be repeating trauma cause we are held back by undigested ancestral wounds?
How to deal with the polycrises and get in touch with our bodies and with others and the field of possibilities?
And how does that collective healing even look like, feels like, sounds like?
We will create a safe container and resource together to gently touch upon the huge unhealed collective trauma. Let us move from adverse childhood experiences to healing and preventative community experiences. Giving thanks to the teachers that inspired my workshop – Gabor Mate, Thomas Hubl, Joanna Macy, Bill Plotkin, Francis Weller, Resmaa Maenakem and coyote mentors… I do not have the answers, there is no one prophet but a collaborative learning and sharing, held in a trauma informed container.
