Description
A family morning in the woods! We will wander, follow the change of the season and the curiosity of the froglets, get creative with nature art and crafts, wild-crafting, and learn about nature. There will be circle time with songs, playful yoga, stories, and sharing.
The program aims to deepen connections within the family and to nourish the parents as well as the children. The caregivers will gather for a part of the morning, for a chance to share in a safe space with gentle facilitation from Anja Jaskolski, Conscious Mom Coach. Bring a snack and weather-appropriate outfits and extra layers – always bring a rain coat!
Sign up for the 11 weeks or join the drop-in $30, or by donation if funds are slim.
Location close to Nelson. Forest Kids Thursdays meet from 9 – 12 pm at the same place and we will do some things together.
I choose the name frog as I wanted an animal where both parents care for their young. 10% of frog species do, and some are really cool frog dads.
